"Oneesan" wallhanging wins 2nd prize

I think I forgot to mention that this little quilt won 2nd prize in the Non Traditional category the Sisters Choice Challenge for Quiltfest.

Inspired by its popularity, I'm bringing the design out as a pattern, hopefully in time for the Exeter quilt show on the second weekend in March 2008. I'll also have some of the panels available, for those who want to make it with the same design. However, the method should work with many other picture panels and even very large scale all over prints - look for something with a strong diagonal movement in the design, which can tilt left or right.
