Scotland & Borders tour - first workshops

The first workshop on my tour was the furoshiki workshop, with Tryst Quilters in Edinburgh. The workshop was so busy, I only took a couple of photos, but there were some great pieces of sashiko started in the class.

The second workshop was at Purely Patchwork in Linlithgow. Here the quilters made two pieces over the weekend - a version of the Super Strips quilt on Saturday and began making the blocks for Spinning Squares on Sunday. I'm really looking forward to seeing some photos of the finished quilts (especially the black, purple and green one, which is going to be finished for a birthday present on Friday).

More photos as I continue on my travels!
