e mail problems

If anyone has tried to contact me by email in the last couple of days, please resend your message. Guy has opened up Outlook Express on my netbook while I have been here in Australia and automatically downloaded all my incoming mail from my ISP e mail account into the netbook's Outlook Express, clearing out the ISP account so I can't read any of my mail. Hopefully he won't be doing this again.
