The good news - all my data has been recovered from the hard drive. The bad news - laptop needs a new hard drive! But at least it can be done. Looks like I managed to wear out the old one, as it certainly hasn't been dropped/knocked, although I did hear it making clicky noises last week. It has written a few books and travelled around the world though... Perhaps I managed to wear it out!
I'll be able to get it back later today or tomorrow, once all the data is loaded back up, and then I'll be able to post the last workshop photos from my Scotland trip, plus some of the bluebell wood photos from Monday night.
