My first pdf pattern is uploaded for sale - Fanoe Quilt
I have uploaded my first pdf pattern for sale to Payhip, the selling platform I will be using to host my files! Click here to see the sales page on Payhip - you can read about the pattern without automatically buying it. You'll need to click on the 'Buy Now' button to purchase, and the checkout is via Paypal.
I have formatted the pattern layout with the idea that quilters will most likely not need to print it out, but instead can follow the instructions and step-by-step photos and diagrams straight from the screen. Over the last few days, I've sent the pdf to several friends, who have various different screens - iPad mini and other smaller tablets, Kindle, laptop etc. - to make sure the style of text will display well on all screens, and I've had positive responses.
I will be adding my other patterns as pdf downloads soon, also changing the page format to suit smaller screens.
Please note - I am using Payhip so that the appropriate level of EU VAT will be added when you check out. This means that non-EU buyers and UK buyers won't be charged any additional VAT. With the new Digital VAT regulations in force, this seems the fairest way to sell.
