All set for World Textile Day Central tomorrow

We had the Micra packed very solidly with fabric for setting up World Textile Day Central today at Kings Sutton Memorial Hall near Banbury, which opens at 10 a.m. tomorrow.

As well as my usual selection of kimono fabrics (including some lovely new ones), we also have some gorgeous little kinchaku and other kimono handbags for sale at this show, including quite a few with basket bases like maiko (apprentice geisha use), called hana kago.

All the info is at www.worldtextileday.co.uk
